Will this help with lifting all day at work

But I want to tell you one thing - AVESTON lower back support has a special design to keep your posture while lifting. These 6 ribs hold the muscles to prevent displacement of the vertebrae while weightlifting. I have the same one. This back support brace is supportive and very comfortable! And one more piece of advice - wear it no more than 8 hours a day, your muscles should work also.

Can anyone tell me how wide the "brace" part of this is; I am short waisted so it is hard to find something to fit comfortably?

I have a 30" waist ordered a small and it was way too small. Large was not in stock. I ordered an Oxstrap (large) It fits perfect. It is 8" high 37" wide and adjustable. I love it.
