This coffee powder is exceptionally good with high quality flavor and aroma. It has the right amount of bitterness, freshness and flavor that’s perfect for making morning coffee. I've tried different coffee powder from the local Indian store and probably this one is my favorite. I will always recommend it to my friends and family.

I am so sorry for the incorrect previous rating and discription of this product. The package appeared hard as rock and we assumed the coffee powder inside was also hard. At this stage we were ready to send the product back and so had not opened it. We got a full refund for this and was told we did not have to return the product. Instead of tossing the product, we decided to open it. Once the tape from the package was removed and the seal opened, the product inside was just fine. I feel terrible about this and will ask Amazon as to how we can reimburse for the perfectly fine product. Thank you.

I expected a robust Mysore flavor, but it was not strong & the taste was light.

Very good Madras coffee.Is it possible for it to be available as a fine ground version instead of what appears to be a medium ground one in the packet?The coarseness of the ground means it processes through the Madras coffee filter very fast and so to get the right strength you have send the coffee liquor through at least three times.Will try others to see if they have finely ground coffee.

This is absolutely the best filter coffee I have had in the US. We had been using the ground coffee that you normally get from Indian grocery stores all these years. A few months ago, I stumbled upon this coffee at the Amazon site and thought I would give it a try. When we ran out of the other varieties of ground coffee at home, we opened up this packet and started using it. From the very first sip I could sense that there is something different in the coffee and my wife mentioned that this was the mysore coffee that I bought online. The whole house was filled with the aroma of coffee and the coffee taste was several notches higher that it had ever been before. If you are a south indian coffee aficionado and love filter coffee in the morning, I would recommend this coffee 100%.
