Looks like duplo but more complex
The instructions aren't meant to be followed by the average child. I think the intent is to allow for a child to use creativity and build a marble run on their own. The instructions is just one way to build it. The box shows two different builds. The instructions are for just one of those builds. In my opinion, it could have been more simplified. There are too many small pieces that could have just been unified solid pieces. For example, the instructions show doubling 2-prongs to make a 4-prong. It creates less stability. The set comes with two green plates. The whole thing is just difficult to build and easy to break down.

Very sparse instructions make for a lengthy assembly time
This ball maze seems sturdy and is colorful. The instructions were very vague and made for lots of frustration for child and adults.

Uneven
Took a little while to put together because I had to sort everything. Thought with the amount of bags it would have been sorted by what instruction page. Base comes in 2 pieces, not one, with everything put together properly, balls would get stuck on the run because it just doesn't flow well. It's uneven. Might get one good run but then they all start getting stuck again.

Cute but complicated
I bought this because my son watched the YouTube video of it. I’m glad I bought it because it’s very cute and he loves it, but I want you to know that the instructions are confusing and it’s not super sturdy. I had to use my own blocks to create “support beams” and I had to use a little common sense when putting it together, because you can not follow along in the instructions perfectly. Definitely buy it, but be prepared to enhance it with other blocks. Also there are only instructions for one way to put it together, but there are two different pictures on the box.

Ok
It took me three hours to put this together trying to follow the instructions. It was not sturdy and fell apart. It was for my grandson. I sent it home with him so my son could put it together. He had the same problems. It’s cute, but falls apart.

Just ok
This is a cute item and is interchangeable with duplos but a couple issues. This can’t be built to its full functionality by a 3 year old. It took my seven year old and I about 20 minutes to assemble the blocks into the marble run, using the instructions. Also the base comes in two pieces with no specific connectors. This makes it extremely unstable. We used extra blocks from our stash to secure it. This could be easily remedied by the manufacturer by providing specific pieces or utilizing a larger base plate. All in all, my three year old enjoys it but it is not a set for independent play.

Fun creative gift
3yr and 5yr love it. Directions are clear, 5yr built with hardly any help. Duplos fit and make for some fun creative builds. This birthday gift has been played with everyday since they got it 3 weeks ago. Will definitely be getting another set so they can make some epic marble runs.

Fun and adorable marble run!
The media could not be loaded. My son loves playing with Duplo and balls, so when I saw this toy I knew it would be a hit! This ball run is not only fun, but the figures are also adorable! We love the giraffe, crocodile, and elephant, trees and windmill decorating the set. The blocks are compatible with Duplo and are good quality. The balls are small (Duplo size) so make sure to supervise if you have toddlers who put things in their mouths. We all love dropping the balls in and watching them make their way to the bottom - check out our video!
