Too Tight.
The compression sleeve appears to be well made however I ordered a medium based on the measurements they suggested and it is so tight that after less than an hour of wearing I need to take it off. So after five or six attempts to wear the compression sleeve I just don't use it anymore and had to go out and buy a different brand.

Too small, but I think it is a good material for light compression.support.
I think I would really like these but they run small and the top tends to roll. I am going to try a bigger size because the material seems perfect for light compression and comfort. -Generally I would recommend going one size above what you would use for other braces.

Too small. Cut off my circulation.
I measured my knee before ordering this. But it was still so tight I had to return it. I got it on. And it's supposed to be pretty snug. I get that. But it was cutting off my circulation. I'm not a big person. And I'm very active. So my advice is to order it a little big.

Comfort at last
These compression sleeves are pretty nice. Once they arrived I put them on my legs while doing some yard work and it relieved the pain in my knees that is caused by mild arthritis. I'm not sure if they will continue to do that but for now they are really nice. runs slightly small but works well
The sleeve is a little tighter than expected based on the size chart and my measurements, but it didn't cut off my circulation. I wore this while playing indoor soccer (we won) as I felt a little nervous about playing again since I had a severe knee sprain back at the end of April (playing outdoor soccer, got viciously cleated repeatedly by some crazy girl) that put me on crutches for about a week and then I limped for weeks after that before heading to the pool and the bikes to slowly rehab my knee. The sleeve did help me feel mentally more secure as well as hold everything together while I was playing, and it's good for helping recovery as well. I wore it some after 1.5 hours of outdoor soccer on an uneven field - my knee was feeling a little sore/tired (like muscle tiredness) and the sleeve helped with recovery. I was good to go again in the morning. It doesn't move hardly at all while I'm wearing it - I just get it situated exactly where I want it and then I don't have to adjust it during sports. I like it. I also like that it's more flexible and close to the body than a bulky brace (I have a big brace from my initial injury which did nothing but keep my leg pretty stiff). This is what I needed now that I'm about as shipshape as I'll probably ever be - I don't think the knee will ever be quite the same. But I'm running a half marathon and I'll have my sleeve handy for after the race if my knee feels tired!UPDATE: I continue to use this for recovery and during soccer, and it's helpful and supportive. I have successfully run a half marathon and full marathon!
