Fantastic purchase!
This is a awesome grinder! It is so much more quieter than the one I previously used. I bought all the attachments to go with it and also found a dust cover to fit its' dimensions so it stays nice and clean when not in use. I also love the fact I can lift out the water basin to dump out the used water into a bucket I keep right at my work bench. I am grateful it became available when I was in the need for a new grinder.

Great grinder. Worth the money!
I really like this grinder. I haven’t had any problems with it. Being able to shut it off without unplugging it is super nice. I’ve never had an issue with the water tray or keeping the grinder wet.

Small, Quiet, Handy and Proficient - No Sponge Required*
This Grinder 2 is a replacement grinder for me - I've had a Gryphon Twister Convertible that was an awesome workhorse for almost 20 years and the sealed pump finally started leaking - zap! No fixing that although it still works at my own risk. The workspace/top is noticeably smaller than what I was used to but then I don't often grind really large pieces that would make that too much of an issue. I wanted a model that didn't have to have a wet sponge all of the time because I was spoiled with the Gryphon pumping water onto my bit - this Grinder 2 model's wet brush system works very nicely, keeping the bit wet enough without a whole lot of splatter. It most certainly is much more quiet than my Gryphon model. The proprietary bit system is a bit spendy but that can be dealt with as it still takes the same Gryphon type bits on that shaft, just need to have a sponge ready since I'm not sure the wet brush system will work with them. No big deal. It comes packaged with a 3/4" bit. Seems to provide plenty of power/RPMs to grind cleanly. I did buy the optional Splash Guard which does a fine job of catching what minimal back splatter the Grinder 2 created. I am not interested in the light since I have a ton of bendy lights installed at every angle. Also don't need the upper deck and tiny bits since I have a Gryphon Omni wire saw I can use for tight curves. The water tray is easy to see the water level on, it's got an easy to drain pan as well. Nice little accessory drawer on the front for extra bits and brushes. This grinder is small but does a perfectly fine and acceptable job QUIETLY of grinding without requiring much pushing, very little splatter and nicest of all - no sponge required unless you use non-proprietary bits.

Great product
I love this grinder. Years ago (like 40 years ago) I had made stained glass and had a different glass grinder. I have nothing done anything with stained glass in several decades but I recently decided to try my hand at making mosaic art and use stained glass for my project as I’m comfortable with the medium. This led me to read reviews and ultimately purchase this grinder as it has excellent reviews. I’ve been using it about a month and it is such a good product that I’ve started purchasing the accessories to use with it like the mini-g additional tray and smaller grinding parts. I have nothing but positive things to say about the grinder. One tip is I would recommend getting the extra light shield and backsplash when purchasing the grinder as it’s so nice to see what you are doing even in the evening when the light might not be ideal in a room. And the added protection of the shield with the light and the additional backsplash keep things tidy around the grinder area of the workspace.

Moved up to this
Moved up to this model after years of my first grinder. Now I have seen what more power, better design and ease of inserting and removing drill bits can do for the grinding process. First grinder for which I have a lot of respect for endurance is still around but no longer my first choice. This new one steals the show in performance and speed and is so quick to disassemble and rinse.

Undependable Glass Grinder
This is the second Grinder 3 that we have ordered. The first one we ordered arrived damaged and missing parts. I returned it for an exchange. This second Grinder 3 arrived and worked initially, but on the last day of the return window it stopped working. There was no visible issue, it had been secured in the same spot for the entire time, but on the last day it was shorting out. I turned it on, and the GFI immediately tripped. I tried every outlet in the house and the same thing happened. I contacted the seller about the issue but they never replied.

Works great
Relatively quiet, ended up getting a bunch of the add-ons like the splash guard as water does get everywhere. But it works great, no issues thus far
