Been taking magnesium citrate for years it was recommended to help with Ibs C ,some come in large chalky tablet form that are hard to swallow but these are capsules and I find them much easier to swallow highly recommend .

Great product , great value for money , size seems a Little big but no bad taste in the mouth.

It helps with muscle functioning, I use it for cramps and stiffness that I get on my thighs and legs sometimes on my upper body but I found this supplement with extra strength helping me as I don't get much cramps & stiffness as I usually do.Large bottle to last for 3 months & only take 1 capsule (not tablet) at night great stuff👍🏼Only the price is a little high but I recomend this product to people who suffer from muscle cramps & stiffness.

I've been taking these for about a year, two every night before bed. They can be a little difficult to swallow as they're quite a decent size, but drink enough fluids with them and it won't be a problem. A word of caution though, and it's not a fault in the product, just a user warning: maybe give them a miss if you're going to bed with a full stomach. Once, I had a bit of reflux, and the gelcap ruptured, firing magnesium citrate up into my throat. It was not a pleasant experience! This is a potential risk with any gelcap containing a powder, so I want to emphasise it's not a negative on the review: I want to save anyone else the unpleasantness.
