how high is the seat from the floor?

Are the seats and backs of the chair firm or to they have some "give" in them?

I have the chair in burgundy and I recently sat on it myself. I found it soft enough to be comfortable and firm enough for my clients to sit in for a time without squirming. Very nice chair.

I have purchased this model without the casters. Can they be added? If so, Please provide the details for ordering the casters..
