I use cotton balls for eye/face makeup removal, nail polish removal, etc. I would buy bags of 70-100 at the beauty counter of my local drugstore. At beginning of Covid, they really started to increase in price (for the usual amount of cotton balls.) Then, they always seemed to be out of stock when I went into the store. I began ordering them online, which worked at first. Now, lately they are always "sold out online". I use these daily but thought it ridiculous to burn gas driving the neighborhood to hunt down cotton balls. So I tried ordering a BIG 2,000 count bag of these McKesson cotton balls.Pros:- 100% cotton (no polyester or mystery fibers).- Economical...you get a sandard-pillow-case-sized bag of 2,000 cotton balls! Should last many months!- They arrived in sealed plastic, nice and clean, soft with no smell.- have no need to drive from store to store searching for reasonably priced (or any price) cotton balls.Cons:- the 'balls' are small...about half the size ofthe 'jumbo' cotton balls I was using. But they are cotton so I 'stretch' them out a little as needed, to use.- note these state 'not sterile' so you may not want to use these for medical wound needs.Ive been using them this past month and they work well for my makeup removal/cleansing needs...no skin reactions, etc.
