Came incomplete the first time, but was very easy to get a replacement. The new one was exactly what I wanted, beautiful on my bookshelf!! A couple small pieces fell off the limbs, so four stars instead of five, but very beautiful and overall very happy with the purchase.

Not complete
I received my tree quickly. The tree looks very good, however it was missing the base. Tried to contact seller but no reply. I will make it work. Disappointed for what I paid

Cute!
A little darker green in person, but very cute for the price!

Acceptable.
The media could not be loaded. For the Price is one of the best, the leaves looks very real but the trunk is somewhat shiny and the roots doesn't fit perfectly, but with some real Stones its solved.

Where's the base pot?
Received the "bonsai" plant but no base pot to place it into. Bonsai looks nice but I would really like to have the pot as well.

Came with only part of the “kit”
The media could not be loaded. Unfortunately, this bonsai tree kit only came with the tree and not the base or rocks that it’s supposed to come with. I now have to take the time to return the package that was incomplete and I’m hoping that the replacement actually has the entire kit inside when it arrives. Really bad fulfillment of this item.
