I need to expand my exercise type but I alternate both sitting up and laying down for arm exercise (with my own weights and with resistance straps which I LOVE) and core exercises. So far, I don't have any "con's" for this bench. It arrived very well packaged and the bag of tools and bolts came in a nice reusable tool bag. Putting it together was pretty simple and it went together with no issues. (I'm a 61 year old female) The head rest has two installation options for taller users, which I thought was a nice touch. It's attractive and is easy to adjust while using. The only negative is that its light and the bench would move easily while getting off and on it.
