These curry pastes are wonderful. The fragrance while heating is divine, and the flavors are superior. I've tried several brands that are the more common ones you see but Maesri curry pastes are so much better. I like the smaller size and the fact that the curry pastes are not fishy or super salty. You can taste all the individual spices and layers of flavor, not just salt and heat like some other brands. I liked all of these curry pastes, especially the Masaman, Panang, and Prik Khing pastes (this one is a hotter curry). They are easy to use and have quick directions on the cans. I would definitely recommend Maesri curry pastes.

What’s great about this assortment is the range of curries that you get. I’ve ordered my second set tonight. The red and green are the standard fare you might have at a local Thai restaurant. The karee or yellow curry is a delicious blend of Thai and Indian flavors. The Panang is strong but the flavors are very bright - truly delicious. Same for the massaman, which is a bit sharper with a deep flavor. Prik khing was new to us and a nice departure from the coconut milk world. It’s hot but so good. The shipping from the seller was ok, although a couple of the cans did get a bit bent (but we could still open them).

Every time my order arrives the cans are dented. I like the product but do not like receiving dented cans.

These are authentic professional quality curry pastes. The variety is fabulous. Each paste has its own distinct flavor and level of spice. Pairs well with many foods and cooks delightfull.

Love these curry pastes. Great taste and easy to cook with. I tend to like things very spicy so when recipes say to use a tablespoon I go for the whole can which means I don't have to worry about preserving the extra which would be the only possible negative as the can is definitely not resealable in any manner. But in my mind, one can of paste with one can of coconut milk (for those flavors that get mixed) is the perfect combo.

I absolutely love this curry paste BUT the packaging was terrible. Every can has a dent and the lime leaves are slimy gross. If this curry paste wasnt a must have for me the rating would be lower. The curry paste is phenomenal maybe try a different seller.

I’ve only used one can of the nine, but the flavor is fantastic! Hubby and I like spicy, and these have a good heat (that can be tempered if needed). Dinner came together in 15 minutes- a miracle for a weeknight meal that was simply delicious. Could not be happier with this purchase (even if the other flavors are 1/2 as good)!

Have only tried one of the flavors but it was absolutely first-rate, following the directions exactly.
