Works perfectly
Works exactly as intended. Can’t say that about many products these days!

Good solution
TL:DR: A good solution for not using fuse taps.I really researched this a lot before buying it for my Garmin 47 dash cam. I really didn't want to deal with fuse taps for a hardwired solution and I didn't want to use the 12v adapter because it would both me seeing it plugged in all the time. This was the solution. It's plug and play basically and has a 2nd USB port if you need it.I was worried it would drain my car's battery but I have not experienced any issues with it as of yet.

built in battery protection, and hides power cable beautifully
This plug, dash cam placement, and cleaver cable routing makes my dahscam setup (garmin mini 3) invisible from my driving/seated positon. It has a small unobtrusive red status light that can be covered with electrical tape.

Worked okay; uninstalled due to SD message
I bought this to use the Parking Guard on my Garmin Mini2. It did work and I did get notifications from the camera, but I cannot say if it was real-time or not since I did not have it hooked up very long. For whatever reason, I started getting a "SD Card operating slowly, consider replacing" message. Made no sense to me since the card is only a few months old, it's name brand and 256GB. I uninstalled the power cable and no more issues. Kinda disappointed.

Easy way to supply constant power
Plugs right in to the OBD port and its low profile does not get in the way. It can be set to operate a couple of hours to a day or constant on, but still protects against over discharge of your battery. Better than splicing in or piggybacking off a fuse in the fuse box.

Plug and Play
Yeah, you read the description and you are thinking about buying this. Well, it is exactly as easy as they claim. You plug it in and then you plug your camera into the usb. Do you really need any more direction? This thing is absolutely as simple as it gets. I had the old style when you run it to the fuse box in my Jeep. Sure it worked and it was great, but this take out all the guesswork and knowledge of the fuse box (or like in my case, there were zero free fuses available). If you are thinking bout getting this, just go ahead and buy it., Yeah, it is super expensive for what it is, but it pays off in the simplicity of the device.

Garmin quality product
Works well for both of my dash cams. The power cycles off to prevent battery drainage. I am able to review the footage while sitting in the car now instead of having to remove the micro sd card and loading it into my computer. Great value and compatibility with my 2025 vehicle.

Unreliable!
I got this to power a Garmin Mini 3 and it didn't even last 2 months before it crapped out. Now all it does is flash red, which means the timer expired according to Garmin's user manual for it. It doesn't matter if I unplug it for a while or change between the timer settings. For $50, I would expect this cable / device to be far more reliable! Now I'm not sure if I should buy another or figure something else out. I had it set to 24 hours and I'm thinking I should have just put it to on infinite.
