Bought this after a friend sent me a jug. The flavor is distinctive while subtle. Love it. Add it to a great cup of coffee for a great morning wake-up. Try it on yogurt with a little cinnamon. Oh my! I have knowledge of this company and know it's a good product. Real honey not the fake stuff you buy at the store. That being said I've had some crystalize before but that's what real honey does. Just heat it up and it goes right back. I actually like/use the thick stuff for coffee.

Never again. Packaged like this is an invitation of disaster. You end up spilling everywhere and you don't get the flavor of other honeys I have tried.
