When the headrest is in place and you lean back into it the Back Frame twists and the back mesh pulls out of the grove it is installed. I have been able to put it back but I had to remove the headrest. I MISS THE HEADREST.

Chair came with lumbar broken off, but nobody could figure it out because it wasn't on instructions. Turned out, some floating pieces in the box weren't supposed to be floating at all. A part replacement would be ideal, but not an option, only full return, which I'm not prepared to wait further for.I'll add that I tried to handyman that sucker into compliance, but access to the lumbar screws would mean tearing the fabric, at least as invasive as I'm willing to go. I tried to manage screwing it in with a lonely phillips bit, but despite feeling somewhat stable at one point, the piece clearly wasn't meant to hold anymore.Otherwise, the unit is fairly comfy, so I'll agree to keep it, despite losing the lumbar. Just let me be a little sour down here for losing grasp of my ideal ending. And let us all pray that my back remains sturdy despite the lumbar being sheared at the screws, though it was somehow supposed to hold my sizable torso. A bit of a mind-bender that one is.

The media could not be loaded.  The back of chair leans but is comfortable and supports your lower back as advertised. Good office chair.

Very Poor quality. The nesh completely came off within few months of usage. I wish I could return this and get some credit back. it has not even been a year and the chair is useless.

This chair was awesome and the back support really helped my back problems for the 2 months that it worked. After those 2 months, the tension knob for the back broke and now the chair lays down completely flat. Contacted Amazon support and they said they can’t refund me. So now I have a broken chair that I just spent $140 on 2 months ago.I would not recommend anyone buy this thing. I work from home and can’t get by with a broken chair.

Easy to assemble and very comfy with a range of movement to find your ideal position. I love the lumbar support, breathable mesh, as well as adjustable armrest. Works perfectly at my home desk.

Easy to assemble, comfy and roomy. However, it leans back without option to control.
