If I could give this a zero, I absolutely would. I bought this grinder specifically to process beef and venison, expecting something durable and powerful — what I got was complete junk. Five minutes into grinding, the machine just died. No warning, no lights, nothing. Took the whole thing apart, cleaned it thoroughly, put it back together… still dead. Completely unresponsive, like nobody’s home. This thing didn’t even last long enough to get through a single session. Total waste of money. Save yourself the frustration and do NOT buy this — spend your money on a Cabela’s brand grinder instead if you actually want something that works. I’m beyond disappointed that I even gave this product a chance.

The machine performs well and is quite fast. However, the item I received had a broken plastic connector—the part that attaches the mincing unit to the main body. Although it is currently functioning, the damage is likely to worsen, and soon I may not be able to connect or use the machine properly.
