Worked great, easy to installl.

I opened my Samsung French door freezer to get some ice and found a broken off piece of white plastic in the ice storage tray. It was obviously a part of the dispenser and it had markings that told me what it was. I researched online and found a 2 minute video that showed exactly what the new piece looked like, how to get to it inside the freezer, and how to remove and replace the broken part (it was the full tray shutoff arm). Amazon had the replacement and got it to me in 2 days. The arm was an exact fit that took less than 5 minutes to install and now my ice maker has stopped overflowing and I have plenty of ice.

This was easy to install to replace our broken one. Good value, too!

Fits perfectly on Samsung refrigerator!

My Samsung fridge was dropping ice irregularly. One day we found half of the original arm in the bin. Swapped it out with this one and it is working great!

Yeah it's cheaper than a new ice maker, but still expensive for a chunk of molded plastic. I guess when it's integral to the function of the whole unit, they can charge what they want. Easy enough to install. Now I have ice to soak my bruised wallet in.
