I bought Tefal unlimited pans 30 and 32 cm. Their prices is really cheaper than other places but both came with misshapen. I can use them but they are not perfectly round

This frying pan was good while it worked, and I took care of it well. But after nearly 2 years of pretty much daily use the bottom metal layer suddenly bent/warped and it became useless.Seller claimed I overheated the pan, which i certainly did not, and the 2 year warranty was pretty much useless.As the photo shows, the only discolouring are where the metal layer has lost contact with the pan, so any overheating happened after the pan failed. I guess I'm lucky my stove didn't break as well.Tefal offered a gift card usable only in 1 expensive online shop so not something I'm likely to use (gift card is not nearly enough to buy a new frying pan).Why this happened? I don't know. I'd be glad to send the pan to Tefal, but my guess is the aluminium (?) holding the induction layer somehow wasn't strong enough. Not dish washer safe, even if it is claimed to be?
