Never buy anything from Mister Mancave. Very disrespectful customer service. This amazon mister mancave store has no real way to contact the seller. Backstory: I bought a Tyson glove as a gift, it was available at the time of purchase. Said it would be shipped on a specific day. Placed the order. It was pending for 4 business days. There was a weekend in between so waited 6 total days. Since there’s no real way to contact the seller on Amazon, I googled the company and came across Mister Mancave and contacted customer service. All the wanted to get was information on the pending sale, and if the order couldn’t be fulfilled to please let me know so I can cancel the order and reorder another. Took a few days to get a response. In that time I cancelled the original order and reordered a new one. Received the glove, gave it as a gift as intended. When I get a response from Mister Mancave, I got one sentence reply that it’s shipped through Amazon and deal with them. Pretty much telling me to go F myself. They acknowledged the order was showing as pending based on the order number. The Amazon store has your name on it! Amazon order stated the seller will contact you when the order is shipped. This was a reason I contacted the company in the first place. I explained that telling me to deal with Amazon wasn’t a sufficient answer and help me resolve the issue. All I got was disrespectful pushback to deal with Amazon. In the end they get your money and don’t care whether you’d be a return customer.
