Love this! It is a great guide to help you keep track of the important information that needs to be passed on.

Used for the 1st 10 min of clinical. Didnt fit in pocket and wasnt practical to carry around 😔

I love this little book, but I'm actually going to be changing out to a erasable book. While I love this one, the turnover on my floor is too high to justify continuously buying new books. It has all the info spots I need, and while I've heard some mention it's size, I love that it doesn't take up a huge amount of space while I'm already dealing with space issues for my nursing tools and patient charts.I would recommend, but if you have a really high turnover it may not be appropriate.

It was pocket size, not full size.

While I like the content of the pages, size is not full size. It's about 1/2 of a page. I ended up using it to make my own.

While this handoff tool has many great features for info one might collect at handoff, it’s poorly organized! Space is given for info I would not normally jot down in a handoff such as vital signs bc I can see that in the chart and I review trends. The lines and drains section with the avatar is lacking also!
