This Hamilton Beach Juicer Mixer Grinder has been a fantastic addition to our kitchen. We've been using it regularly for shakes and smoothies, and it has never let us down. It's a durable, heavy-duty machine that feels solid and well-made, yet it's surprisingly quiet during use. Cleanup is quick and easy, which makes it even more convenient for daily use. Highly recommend if you're looking for something reliable and long-lasting—definitely a 5-star product!

Lid clips & rubbers are extremely poor quality, while cleaning you have to remove lid rubbers and in the process you might damage rubbers or might become very stretched which makes air-tight lids to normal lids.. without rubbers... I am pretty sure it would be difficult to find same rubbers for these lids.. So, I came up with solution like using kitchen wrap for lids for every use so anything you grind doesn't mess lids and you don't have to remove lids.. just water cleaning the lids would do for every job. Updated review - after approximately 1year all clips got damaged, rubbers were sagged, can't close lids properly which makes mixer unusable as mixer works only when jars are properly closed!! Really sad to spend this huge money (assuming it will last longer), ofcourse grinding quality can't be compared with any other (I've used 5-6 brands in price range over years) brand. But, along with quality of griding (mixer motor base, it needs proper design wrt lids/clips/rubbers/etc. Not sure how Amazon responds now (will contact same day this review is posted - 27th Feb 2025) for help and lets see how it goes from there (assuming 5 year guarantee still applies in this case).

Very happy with this - exactly what I wanted in having metal jugs rather than plastic that scuffs up (and presumably leeches plastic into food in doing so) with tougher dry grinding, and so much more. I didn't realise it has preset programs for example, which work really well to just set it off (pulse a few times, then blend, etc.) and go and do something else. Grinds far finer than my previous Bosch could - confirmed by re-grinding some spice blend that I'd made as fine as I previously could.

Excellent for home use. Could handle all the tasks with ease.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with this product. Despite using it for two months, I am not pleased with its performance. While it is undeniably powerful, there is a significant issue with the pin slipping out of the knuckle on the side tab when closing it, posing a safety hazard. It's important to note that the lids feel very flimsy. Additionally, during the blending process for juice, I noticed that the juice became excessively heated, producing hot steam. Overall, my experience with this product has been disappointing. Furthermore, I would like to mention that this product does not grind ginger effectively. Despite its supposed power, it fails to perform well in this particular task. This is another aspect that adds to my overall dissatisfaction with the product . I have reported this issue to Amazon and they have assured me they will attempt to resolve it. I will update my feedback regarding the experience of returning this unsatisfactory mixer grinder. Update: Although my recently purchased didn't meet my expectations. But to my delight, the return process was seamless and hassle-free. From the moment I initiated the return online to the prompt response I received from the customer support team, I was impressed with the efficiency and professionalism displayed throughout. I will undoubtedly will continue to choose Amazon for my shopping needs due to this wonderful experience.

The mixer grinder is one of the best i ever bought. I love its stylish utensils. Utensil leads are tight enough so I don’t need to hold the utensil on the top while grinding lentils, herbs and masala, fruits, apple, berries, mango, pineapple. It’s very useful machine in the kitchen. Thanks.

Unbelievably expensive. Horrible customer service despite a 5 year warranty. Stopped working after 2 years and after a lot of communication back and forth lasting for 4 weeks with EPE customer service said it's wear and tear so can't repair/refund/replace and I had to pay for it to be delivered back. Very disappointed overall. Not worth the price or peace of mind. Mixer quality: Worked only for 2 years with moderate usage Value for money: Not at all

That's right 1400 Watts of power that accounts to almost 2.2 horsepower if you are into that sort of measurement but don't worry these aren't your German horses they mean business. This translates to grinding pretty much anything like literally metal, stones, glass and yeah of course all your Indian spices like dried tumeric, coconut chunks and whole masala. Pick it up during a sale the pricing is much better then. You probably don't need all that 1400watts said no one ever. It is twice as powerful as any other Preethi or Indian mixer blender on the market. Other companies really need to up their game, come on guys we shell out aed 300 plus for that same china made copper electromagnetic coil induced motor with a generic manufacturerd stainless-steel jars which can hardly stop your items in the jar from flying around and hitting those blades which eventually fails after a few months due to overheating or just doesn't perform as intended for the Indian household. Everything aside this feels premium in it's build and attention to detail from stainless steel screws used at the bottom to the safety secure locks which are stainless-steel to high quality plastic TPU coverings allowing easy access without opening the cover. Just don't use abrasive scrubs or liquids to clean the body of the blender. It's a good buy albiet it's expensive but worth it, makes your cooking experience that much better and comes with a 5-year warranty yeah and yeah hands free operation.
