Garden Auger 200mm.
Found this to be very helpful when setting up the installation of a clothesline pole. It became hard work for me being a 72 year old chuffer when I hit stones or pebbles. The size of the hole would have been fine if our garden soil had not been so sandy as well.

The fact that it comes in two pieces should give you a clue as to its effectiveness. If you need to dig a fence post please do not buy this. My be good if your cannery's past away and you want to bury it in dry sandy soil. If anyone has watched the fast show then the channel 9 gismo advert springs to mind.
