Overall, this item was very good. I'm a high school girl who only used this item to dress up as a man back in the 90s for Spirit Week. I don't need this type of stuff because I have hair, and I'm not trying to get waves, lol, but what I can say about this product is that the strings used to tie the durag are very long, and the durag itself is very soft.

I purchased this durag because of all the reviews raving about the quality. This was a costly mistake and I’ll be sure others avoid it. I pre soaked and washed new durags as I don’t know what the process is when packaging. My first sign to return this should have been when my sink was completely black from sitting in warm water for 30 minutes. I chose to ignore this and wash it one more time before wearing it to sleep. Now my $100 silk pillow case is ruin.
