At last a simple way to get my dog to take her meds
My dog loves these. It has made giving my dog her meds so easy. They are a little expensive for what they are but i cut them in half and this is the first thing I have found that my dog will take her tablets in.

Too dry and hard to wrap a pill in
Really disappointed with these pill giving treats. They are large (about 50p size) but hard and too dry to wrap around a pill - just falls out. They are also quite solid and not easy to pull apart or insert a pill into either. 2 of my dogs will take them as a treat but not overly impressed with them. The other dog wil not eat it. Quite expensive also as not many in bag. Will not buy again.

Dog loves them and eats no problem
Not the sellers fault but although well in date 09/24 the pill treats were hard and had to be soaked in water to use and mould round the 💊 capsule

It works, even for a fussy eater!
Giving our dog his tablets has been difficult to say the least. Tried everything, wrapping them in cheese (variety of hard & soft), peanut butter, paté, hollowing out treats etc. He'd eat and spit out the tablet at the end.I bought this on recommendation, thinking it wouldn't work. Amazed to discover it does.I break a small bit off and at first it feels crumbly, work it for a couple of seconds with your fingers and it becomes pliable. Put the tablet in middle and mould the putty around the tablet. Sometimes I need to add a bit more if I've not used enough to start with. Then I get his favourite treat (pigs in blanket) cut it in half and chop the half into quarters. Start him off with a bit of chopped up pigs in blanket then the tablet in putty. It may sound fiddly, it isn't. I do this twice a day and so far he not only takes his tablets happily, he asks for more!

Pill pocket treets
They did not work for my dog and cats as they were too crumberly and fell apart. The ingredients list seems great. They also are overpriced on Amazon compared with pets at home and others.

A game changer!
The media could not be loaded. I have to give my dogs Droncit Worming Tablets every six months. My Spaniel x Setter needs three, and my Collie Cross needs two.Trying to get them to eat one, let alone more than that, is a challenge! I have tried all sorts - covering in cheese, putting them in a cocktail sausage, wrapping in ham, smothering in pate, hiding them in their dinner... while they may end up eating a bit of the tablet they usually lick or eat the good stuff off and leave the tablet behind.I was a bit apprehensive as the reviews are mixed, but for me these Pill Pockets are a game changer! My dogs LOVE them. As soon as the packet is opened they're at my side waiting. They're large (about 2 pence size) and deep (about 1cm) so I break them up and use one pill pocket for two Droncit pills. To mould them around the pill does take some pressure as they're quite stiff and need working with the natural heat of your hands first.I used three pill pockets for five Droncit tablets.Even after the first pill my dogs came back for another - such an easy way to give them their medication with no fuss!Cheaper and larger than other pill pocket brands too!100% recommend.

A bit difficult to mould around capsule.
I found these quite difficult to mould around capsules. It was very firm, and when I did manage to bend it, it split causing the pill to fall out. I mistakenly thought they had a pocket to put the pill in.On the plus side, my dog appeared to enjoy them, but it makes them very expensive dog treats.

Fantastic for Fussy Pill Takers
We have a very fussy pup who can smell the chemicals in medicine from a mile away but these pill pockets must do a fantastic job of disguising the scent of tablets as she gulps them down (or at least eats them straight away rather than sniffing something suspiciously for a few seconds!) Just bought my second pack.
