Unreliable
I've had this for a couple of days. I also have the argus solar and some cheap ali camera.Unfortunately, I realized that this camera is not worth it's money. This is mainly dir to the fact that my super cheap camera connects more reliability than this one.If every 5th connection fails and you need what feels like ages to get a quick view, the camera is redundant.

Easy to setup and clear view
Nice product good quality, but it doesn’t support battery if you are looking for battery powered camera. And it support 128gb memory to save records able to override records when full

Easy to use - used as a doggie cam
Use it as a doggie cam since I have a senior dog. Super easy to install on the app, 360 degrees, you can save the position/angle of the cam. You can even talk & the speaker of it is loud. Worth the buy!

Great add on to a Reolink NVR
I had a 4 camera Reolink NVR system for outside and had need for a couple of internal cameras to be used on occasions including inside a garage.Having used another brand at a marginally lower price (which failed and were being return/refund), I decided to change to these and really happy. The picture quality is superior and the fact all devices are in one app to monitor/view is perfect. I looked at the higher priced ones previously from Reolink but they were overkill for the purpose and meant I had the choice of £30 for another brand or £80-£100 for the Reolink and the extra for convenience wasn't justified. They were bulky too in comparison.Seem to have been out of stock since I purchased them so I hope there isn't a problem and it is just they are a new item in short supply.UPDATE Jan 2020Note back in stock and bought a new one for 'puppy cam' still very impressed. See there is a 3MP cheaper option which woudl have sufficed but stuck to what I know with this 4MP one so now have 4 of these talking to my phone app, talking to another phone app, and talking to the NVR with 4 x POE cameras.5MP option also on the horizon I see which presumably is even better with optical zoom - although I rarely move or zoom on my cameras.

Good Value Camera
Probably one of the best value cameras; of course, not to be compared with hikvision , dahua, axis or even ubiquity but this is a really good challenger!Good Quality ImageGood Wifi Range - u need a reasonable AP , not the typical ISP wifi one.It works with Blue Iris CCTV software and Mangocam Cloud ; Reolink Cloud not yet available for UK which is a minus!Reasonable Sound and Microphone; it even has a Siren - gimmick tbh :)PTZ which is really good as you can set different marks ( e.g. move the camera on your desired pre-set positions, no need to fiddle with the PTZ controls every time )I haven't used the sdcard as I use these cameras in my CCTV SystemNo starlight :(All in all I think this is a good camera to add to your CCTV System and quite good value for money, especially when on offer for £38 :).

Unable to delete individual video clips within APPs or PC Client.
The Micro SD card slot is very finicky. I tried pushing it in several times and I thought it had clicked in but what it was - was it caught on the internal edge and so remained in - then when the camera is scanning or moving (PTZ), the Micro SD card slipped out - then got stuck inside and thereafter the camera says No SD card detected - and I ended up trying to tile the camera up to reveal the slot underneath - but the SD card was stuck inside the inner lip of the white part - so very thin pin to push the sd card in (delicate op) before I could move tilt the black part up enough to reveal the slot. Worse thing though - there is NO WAY to delete individual video clips within the APPs or PC Client. You need to take out the sd card and put it in a PC directly to do that! That is a fatal flaw - for which I'm afraid, is really not good enough!

Easy to set-up. performs as expected.
Already having some Reolink PoE cameras (RLC-420) and being happy with their build and image quality, I bought into Reolink for an additional wireless camera.I was looking for a Wireless camera that would be easy to connect to via the manufacturer app and having bought and returned an alternative and cheaper brand 3 months before that required cloud registration when the manufacturer cloud servers were down!! - I had subsequently increased my degree of faith in Reolink as a brand.Easy to set-up, install and use (via the app), it has been a good purchase for its purpose (primarily keeping an eye on a dog.Being powered with a regular 3 pin (UK) plug (with reasonable length of cable), it is easy to re-locate around the house. Blue LED on indicator can be switched off, audio can be recorded, various settings that will satisfy most simple camera needs. If you want a simple to set up, wireless camera with a fairly decent app for viewing recordings and live streams, to be used in a 'normal' size room, then this Reolink E1 Pro camera would be worth considering.

UPDATED Major fail - admin password can’t be changed!!
UPDATE: I still can’t change the admin password and after resetting the camera in an attempt to change it (as advised by Reolink support), now the QR code won’t scan and I can’t reconnect the camera to my WiFi network. I’ve tried all the suggestions from the Reolink web site. Totally useless, so down to 1 star.In terms of functionality, picture quality, etc., this camera is very good value and has a lot of good setup options, however, one glaring issue is that the admin password can not be changed from the default factory value, because the software does not accept the default factory setting! This is crazy and presumably means that the camera feed could be viewed by someone who does have the admin password. Reolink support have so far not understood the problem and I’m probably going to return the camera if it can’t be resolved. One other issue I had, which I noted that another review mentioned, is that it’s quite hard to insert the microSD card. However, the main issue is the admin password, unless you’re okay with an audio/video feed from your house potentially appearing on the internet!?!If the support team eventually resolve the problem, I’ll update my review and adjust my rating accordingly.
