Setup myself with three little helpers. Don’t run into any major problems with the instructions, though the upper rung for the safety net was a bit off a pain. I’ll be honest I didn’t pay super close attention but it seemed that each nut was reverse threaded on each side which makes sense but I didn’t see it mentioned anywhere in the instructions.Also, the pole for the basket ball hoop was drilled on the wrong side so I couldn’t screw it in, but it ultimately didn’t matter because the upper ring of the safety net passes through it and also locks it in so no harm.Would recommend ordering some tie downs. It was surprising how many stories you hear of flying trampolines after you setup a trampoline. Cheap insurance.

I’ve owned this trampoline for about two weeks now. My trampoline adventure started out a wee bit rocky; we received one of the two boxes right away, but the second box didn’t show up. I checked the FedEx site and it showed “delivered”. I wasn’t sure what to do, so I emailed the sellers customer service and they contacted FedEx themselves, found out the box was in California and apparently kicked FedEx in the shins because our second box was delivered to us 3 days later. Awesome customer service, very friendly and didn’t make me prove the box was missing, just asked for a pic of the shipping label. Super easy.Building the trampoline was fairly easy, except for the top of the safety net. The poles all need to be facing with the screw hole on the same side (right side for me) for all of the poles to match up. You don’t realize this until its done or you have a hint like this. Don’t forget the pole covers, they slide over the foam on the safety net poles.Lastly, go buy your own hardware. Our bolts stripped right away, so I ran down to Home Depot and bought $6.00 worth of bolts and locking nuts and swapped them out. The steel, springs and trampoline net are of good quality and I am happy with my purchase. As a bonus for my kids I purchased the sprinkler hose and they are loving it. This trampoline is making our self quarantine summer way more fun.

This trampoline was Easy to assemble except the strings that hold the net, that’s the only thing that took extra time. It’s very sturdy and I like that it has the zipper and clips to close the net when kids are inside jumping.I would never get one without a net! It’s such a good size for us because we have a large family of kids and it gives them space to jump without hitting each other all the time. My son really enjoys the basketball net. One negative is the ladder hurts your feet when you climb it. One way they could improve would be to have flat steps to walk up instead of the poles. All in all we are super happy with our Purchase and love that it gets us outside and active. My 3 year old has fun jumping then sleeps really well at nite! I would definitely encourage anyone looking at buying a trampoline to buy this one and to not even consider the smaller sized ones. If you’re going to get a trampoline, go big! More people can jump and it doesn’t make me so nervous that they will hurt each other. I gave this trampoline five stars because it really is a nice product.

First, customer service was great. We were missing parts, but once we contacted seller the parts arrived within days. We love the trampoline, my kids bounce on it with friends often. We are satisfied with this purchase.

The girls are loving their trampoline. My son, cousin, and myself (Grandma) assembled it within a few hours. the only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the instructions did not guide us in a few areas where we had to un-assemble and the reassemble.. argh! But this is a very sturdy structure and we feel safe when the grandbabies are jumping about.

The shipment came in 2 different boxes in 2 different days, which was fine. I put this together and my kids got on it. Altogether all my kids weigh 250 pounds. This said the weigh limit was 750 pounds. Within 5 minutes the metal bar bent in half and can no longer be used. All that money down the drain in 5 minutes.

My granddaughter loves this trampoline she goes on it almost every day.

My family and I have loved this trampoline! It was super easy to build and only took 2 hours. It is very big and perfect to spend family time with your children. Definitely would recommend as a gift!
