This stuff taste like air and paper. Does not include a scoop, does not curb appetite and super duper overpriced. Wouldn't recommend it.

On my 4th container of this. I use it everyday at lunch. Tastes great and blends easily.

The product may be good when it is fresh, but what I received was already expired so I never even opened it. I was rather disgusted to say the least.
