I ordered this for a friend, who loves chickens. It was well made, and packaged nicely. I had to deduct two stars, because the actual design on the cup didn't match the photo. The chickens were very distorted. If it hadn't arrived the day of her birthday, I probably would have returned it. Otherwise, it was a very nice cup.
