I received this product on Jan. 14th and opened the package today to set up the tracker. When I opened the battery compartment, I discovered there is rust inside the compartment and on the battery. I am returning the product for a refund. This product was either used or had gotten wet at some time before I received it.

Took out of packaging and doesn’t work. Completely dead. Feels cheap and not at all durable.Not bothered sending back over 20 bucks. Short win for Nerlos. Will switch to their competitor TILE.

This product was so cool! Setup was easy with the QR code provided for Apple and Andriod phones. I just looped the device onto my keys and it was that easy. I accidentally lost my keys a few days ago on the edge of a woody area. My keys were easy to find due to the beeping and GPS location. Awesome product.

Got 2 of these for Christmas. Tried to set one up and the Google Play store said the app isn't compatible with the latest version of Android. I wrote Nerlos as to whether they are updating their app - NO REPLY. If you have an Android, these are useless - not even heavy enough to be paperweights. Use another tracker and put these clowns out of business (if they aren't already). Should be zero stars

It was ok. But I threw away after one week.

While this product claims it is for both iPhone and Android/Samsung, it is NOT.There is no current available Android/Samsun app for this product.There is NO SUPPORT for this product, so if you bought it and it does not work—you are out $70. That is a 100% guarantee.HOPE THIS HELPS PEOPLE TO NOT GET RIPPED OFF.

Just got 3 In today. Wast of money. It said will not work on my android phone cause made for older verson. 😒

I had a tile for years and it was great. It finally wore out and I thought I would give the NERLOS a try. It worked for about a week and now is broken. I wrote the company never heard back from them. I am going back to tile and do not recommend the Nerlos!
