The instructions are inadequate. they don’t explain how much gel to apply, how often to use it and if it’s ok to swallow your saliva during treatment.The in/off button was finicky. I’ll write another review after I figure out how to use it.

First class in packaging and light unit but the liquid whiting product simply does not work when following the instructions to the letter. Suggest an alternative that has good reviews!

I purchased this product 2 weeks ago. charged it fully, easy and no problem. The "gel" is more liquid form in the pen so very difficult to know how much was placed on teeth. directions say to dry your teeth before administering the gel. it is very difficult to keep your teeth dry if you have a small mouth! and the directions say to wet the mouthpiece before placing in your mouth so I am not sure dry is that important. the main reason I gave a two is the mechanism to turn on the light doesn't work well. pushing the symbol doesn't turn it on, moving my finger around pushing sometimes, eventually gets the piece to work but the sequence of blue for 5 seconds, red for 5 seconds, and then red/blue for 16 minutes does not occur but twice in the past two weeks. I have tried to use daily. I am very frustrated and not impressed. I have contacted the company but have not heard back yet. Personally, I could not recommend this product at this time.

This product is simple to use and truly works. I was only disappointed in the my product was missing the pens that have the stuff for your teeth so they will not get sensitive.
