Brushing and Flossing my teeth.

I needed replacement brush heads for my waterpik sonic fusion. What I received was different from the original and what I kept buying directly from the manufacturer (I’m a licensed dental healthcare provider). This brush wasn’t the original green/blue (as advertised on this listing), it’s white and the caps were missing, which makes it not hygienic and quite honestly, I refuse to believe that WaterPik would manufacture a brush head without the cap and cover. It also performs differently than the original. I have all the evidence to believe this is a cheap, knock off product. Very disappointed!

The replacement brushes did not come with the plastic brush protectors that were on the one in the original purchase. I've had electric toothbrushes for years and the replacement brushes always came with those plastic brush covers and I was disappointed that these do not, nor can I find any protectors for purchase anywhere.

I did not get what I ordered. The bristles in the picture were the green ones which are better and stronger. The ones I received where the white bristles which are crap and have to be replaced much quicker. Very disappointed.
