I was desperate to find a good non-constipating iron supplement that would help my very low ferritin levels so I bought this. I tried it for 4 days, it's true that it's not constipating but I noticed that I was more fatigued than usual after taking it for some reason. Not sure if it needed more time but I stopped it and switched to iron biglycinate which gave me way more energy on the 2nd day of trying it.

My body doesn’t absorb most types of iron supplements but i can absorb these and they are great!

It's a pill to improve health but impossible to see any benefits for a week or so. Maybe longer.Not really reveiwable at this point

Daughter needed an iron that didn’t upset her stomach or give her cramps. Tried two others before this product that didn’t work out for her. She says this one doesn’t bother her stomach or make her have the cramps.
