Core strength
A good product once pumped up right to optimum height. You can use both surfaces at the top so many different choices for exercises. I've never tried doing squats with weight as can be done on this but great for my current exercise needs. Quality product so far. The only issue is the very cheap pump it comes with.

Electric pump Required
You will need an electric pump to inflate the bosu ball it’s so vacuum tight getting air in with the electric pump was a nightmare I can only imagine how frustrating it would have been with a flimsy foot pump trying to hold nozzle in and pump with foot … and the gym ball is very small … perfect for a 5year old or for doing quad stretching
