Fantastic for COLD gel pacs!
EXACTLY what I was looking for! I use COLPAC cold gel Pacs for the base of my head, neck & top of my shoulders for chronic migraine. Now I don't have to HOLD it in a towel around my neck for 20 minutes or so, as I now have this handy wrap with VELCRO STRAP! AWESOME!

Does not help, arduous to use.
This was very disappointing. When you need it, you have to have soaked it for over an hour. I could never get it hot enough to be effective under the terry cloth cover that you have to buy separately. Definitely don’t waste your money. When your neck is in pain, this is maybe the worse thing you could use. Nothing would be better than this.
