As with Wickman’s other books about the EOS- (Traction and Get a Grip), there are useful forms included and helpful lists and exercises to lead and manage others. This book will be most useful for entrepreneurs who want to be great leaders and managers of people in their organizations, and likely don’t have HR professionals on staff to advise them.
