I started taking Thorne gi relief about a year ago. At the beginning it helped but every time I would buy another bottle it was a toss up if it would work. I called them and they told me each bottle is exactly the same. I call bull#$@& on that. I never had an issue with the licorice root raising my blood pressure because the ingredients were deglycyrrhizinated licorice root and it’s considered safer than regular licorice for blood pressure. I bought a new bottle a couple weeks ago and it spiked my blood pressure so much after taking it that it really made me nervous. I had a few pills from the previous bottle so I decided to see if they now did the same thing and it was just my body. Well, the ones from the previous bottle didn’t raise my blood pressure at all but the new bottle spiked it really high. So that just proved to me that NO, each bottle is not the same product. I will not waist my money any longer on this product.

I love Thorne products but this one did not help my reflux.

This lives up to the hype and standard of the Thorne brand. I have been using it for months now.

Having been on these for approximately 3 months, I feel it's time to give my opinion. Whilst I still get some extremely mild acid reflux (lasting for no more than a couple of seconds) this product really has calmed it down. I somewhat suspect the reflux would disappear entirely if I took more than 2 of these per day, but given their price, to do so would be rathe expensive. Anyway, great product!!

I was recommended the constituent ingredients to help manage my crohns. I then found these capsules which saved me buying separately so I have them a try. They helped me to get into remission and off immunosuppressants (4 years now) and if I get any niggles, I take them religiously.
