These are useless unless your plants don’t have that much water. All of mine have soaked up the water and then fell apart. They are made of a composite of fiber like mdf absorb water and then break. I thought that they were made of single bamboo and would have a higher resistance to water.

Super cute, I was wondering if they how they would withstand the damp Autumn weather, so I gave them a try.First issue before they even made it outside to label plants = the pen that comes with it bleeds the minute you write something on the bamboo.Second issue = 6 weeks later I have to replace all these super cute bamboo labels with my old reliable white plastic labels because they were ruined from the damp. Some were mouldy and the writing smudged/bled even more. They are eco friendly and trust me, they probably would have suited the compost heap. WASTE OF MONEY! Cute if you aren't using them for gardening where they will get damp from wet soil.I think they would be best suited for children's craft drawer.

I, like many others, am trying to choose more planet friendly products.However, having chosen bamboo plant markers instead of plastic ones, find they were packaged in a cardboard box wrapped in non-recyclable plastic film in a non-recyclable plastic pouch. So two layers of unnecessary plastic on the markers.The pen also came inexplicably and unnecessarily packaged in its own transparent plastic sleeve.Disappointed that there's so much plastic packaging once again, completely pointlessly.The plant markers are exactly what I wanted but am disappointed because ai was specifically trying to avoid unnecessary plastic. This is the reason for the significant reduction in star rating, for an otherwise good product.

I run a small gardening business, and my clients and I love these labels. Plenty of room to write the plant name on one side and care instructions on the other. Highly recommend.
