I... really like this.
Sure it's not one of those miniature ones, but it's a great way to store a CO2 cartridge when out biking.Just screw the cartridge half way in (or however deep so that it doesn't get punctured, but also doesn't fall out), then screw the cover on.Then when it's time to inflate, take off the cover, cinch down the cartridge, replace the cover and go!If you need a second cartridge, you don't have to fight to pull off those foam covers on those mini inflators. The button works great, and is way easier to use than some of those mini inflator's screw-type of release method.

It works
I bought this since I do not want to get stuck on the road with a flat motorcycle tire. I tried it at how on a low tire to see how it works. It worked great. It does get cold though. I could have really used this in the past along with a good patch kit. CO2 is not just for soda and paint ball guns anymore.

Solid construction
Haven’t needed to use yet. But seems like solid construction. I like that it has a case to enclose the co2 cartridge, but it does add extra to put in your bag. I’ll update if anything changes after use.

It actually works.
Easy to use, does what it's supposed to do. Additionally the company is very keen on letting you know how to use it and how not to. I recommend this product.

works but not as well as it can
I got this over the lever-style inflator because I figured a button is simpler / faster to operate and the built-in storage is a nice feature. The unit is well made and seems to be machined with an acceptable level of quality. The first time I had to use it, I don't know if the thing froze or what but I could only get small amounts of gas out of it every time i hit the button... so I had to sit there pressing it like 20 times before the tire inflated. When I disconnected from the tire to let the gas out, all of it evacuated as expected.Second time I had to use it it was better.. I don't know if it was just dirty the first time or if there's some potential for freezing but it semi-failed once.. i hope this was an isolated incident. I used it twice since without much problem.

does not work with 12g cartridges
poor design:1) I bought this to use with 12g (non-threaded) cartridges. If this is to be used like every other inflator I've had, the canister is too deep to compress the cartridge against the piercing section of the inflator head. I didn't realize this until I had my first flat and it required me to add gravel to the canister to build up the bottom and trial and error to get it to work. In addition the threaded portion is so short that there is very little compression achieved.2) The hard anodized finish on both threaded sections creates a lot of friction with even the slightest amount of dust/dirt and very easy to cross-threaded.3) the top portion consists of two sections threaded into each other. The bottom portion of which threads into the "canister". So after screwing the top to the canister and unscrewing again to remove a cartridge is possible to unscrew the inflator head from the portion that threads into the canister. There's no fixing this situation without tools.
