I bought these to use for a bulletin board project to go along with a book we were reading. These were the perfect size at 5in by 7in. i was able to use them on both the bulletin board and as a hanging decoration. i used a hole punch and put string through and hung them from the ceiling. the colors are bright. if they were double sided that would have been a bonus but i knew they were not when i purchased.

I bought these to use for name tags for students and the kids love the balloons and the bright colors! I laminated them so that they could be used for several years.
