LorAnn is my go-to-brand when it comes to flavoring, a little will go a long way with their products. This Hazelnut emulsion gives you that yummy hazelnut flavoring. When you open the bottle/add it on your batter, it does smell sooo strong and does not smell "natural" but don't be discouraged as it will change when you start baking. The finished products smells and taste like hazelnut without that strong smell from the bottle. This came in a plastic bottle, I prefer if it is on a glass bottle though just like their other products.

I wanted to recreate the hazelnut coffee that you'd find in most cafès and I can say, this product did not disappoint whatsoever!A tiny drop goes a long way and the flavor and scent it gives is absolutely wonderful!It is an emulsion rather than an extract, so it's slightly viscous. I find using a dropper to be the best way to add it without a mess, but it's not really necessary.

2nd time buying a double order!! Use it in my coffee! Only need a drip! OMG, the flavor is incredible! So rich caramel flavor! Gonna try this in my buttercream next! 😋😋😋❤️❤️

I use it in my chocolate protein shake in the mornings and it gives a great cherry flavor to go with the chocolate.

I make my own coffee (tea) creamer and use this in it. I use it for French vanilla and banana nut bread creamer. It is so good. It smells really good and gives the creamer good flavor. It is very cost effective also.

I used it to make my own keto maple syrup and it is the closest to the real flavor!
