I had attached this holder onto my belt and each one fell off. Turns out the screws came off and got lost when it fell off my belt. I can’t seem to find a replacement fort he screw and the backing for the screw.

It didn’t last long. It broke within a few months from using.

Do NOT buy this Tourniquet Holder, specially if you wear this on a duty belt.First - The normal tourniquets you can buy do not fit in the holder, you have to pry the opening just to stuff the tourniquet inside the holder so when you actually need it, I guarantee it will rip the tourniquet or it will not even come out because it's so tight inside the holder.Second - I lightly touched the back strap to undo the holder and the crease where it bends just started to rip apart. I guarantee with in 1 day this holder would fall off my duty belt. I'm always moving, sitting, standing, and the strap would not hold even on my regular leather belt I wear everyday if I wore this hiking and everyday normal things let alone while on duty.Also the strap uses rivets so you can't even put a molle strap unless you drilled out the rivets to replace the strap.I saw good reviews so I thought I'd give it a go but bad idea on my part, won't even waste my time sending this back. I rather give an honest review to people so they WON'T buy this item.Buy a molle cloth tourniquet holder and save yourself the trouble and money and someones life and buy a real holder.I posted pictures up to show that it wouldn't fit and where the edge of the strap started to rip right out of the bag before even putting this on my duty belt.

Works as advertised, great quality.

Holds the tourniquet very well. Easy to remove tourniquet from holder but it won't fall out on it's own. Durable holder. Easy to open belt loop system.
