Product states any txt and photo,on receiving item txt msg was missing, contacted seller three times didn't receive one reply back . item was very nice but lacked the sentiment for the occasion I purchased it for so was very disappointing.

Update: the customer service I have received with this issue has been outstanding. I am over the moon as the replacement they offered me arrived before Mother’s Day despite them emailing me to say that it would probably not arrive on time. When the initial damaged one arrived I was keen to have it replaced rather than refunded because I really liked this product. I loved it. I’m so glad it arrived on time and loved that my niece asked how she got inside it. That really did make me chuckle. Thank you so much for resolving this issue so quickly!I am absolutely disappointed. This is a lovely product but it arrived damaged with a large crack on the globe where all the water leaked out. I’m devastated as this was a Mother’s Day gift and I’m not sure I’ll get this replaced by Sunday.
