Very well thought-out and works great! My last multi vitamin made my urine a bright, shocking neon yellow. Too much vit B and my body passed it off, bt it was weird enough for me to do a search and found it's harmless, but it was weird anyway. This does not do that and I feel wonderful! Should I tell you I'm 73 so feelingg good means a lot to me. Easy to use, too! 5 Stars!

I have quite a few chronic health problems and this has been my go to vitamin. I'm on a lot of medication which can mess up my hair and skin and all that and it seems to have helped some. I take it regularly and I think it's helped me feel more energetic. I feel better taking a wholesome vitamin when my busy job often means I don't get to eat what I should, this helps to fill the gap. It doesn't bother me stomach. There's a minor taste to it but it's almost reminiscent of berry flavor, so it's not as bad as some vitamins taste wise. Size it tolerable, I'm not the best at swallowing pills but this is easy to handle. The ingredients list is good with the natural sources and Amazon always has it priced at a fair value for the money. Quality is consistent with these too and I like being able to order them in a large quantity so I don't run out.

This is a pretty good vitamin with no nasty aftertaste. I donate blood regularly and I have good iron levels since taking the vitamin. The magnesium level was ridiculously low though -- it's only 12% -- so I have to add on an additional separate magnesium supplement.

They may seem a tad pricier than other vitamins, but please realize that they come in huge bottles with 130-200ish pills; wheras most vitamins come with a monthish supply only or don't even work, anyway. (Check label before purchase to see pill count and amazing nutrition label!) When you see the amazing nutrition label on these babies, you will understand why these are the cream of the crop. I take one in the morning and one at night because I don't eat like I should so I know I don't get my nutrients. I'm losing weight again with no exercise.
