Merrimen 4 Pack Centrefeed Rolls – Multipurpose Kitchen Towel for Cleaning Commercial & Home – Disposable, Embossed and Recycled 2 Ply Tissue (Blue)

I bought these instead of my usual blue 6 pack (other brand). I usually pay between £9 - £12 for my usual 6 pack and besides the number of rolls, there's a huge difference between these two. Firstly I noticed the dramatic weight difference when the parcel arrived. These white rolls were as light as a feather! The rolling of the paper was extremely loose and you could easily squeeze the whole thickness of the roll between thumb and forefinger, from the center outward until no thicker than a good A4 notepad! Other brands of paper I've bought have always been tightly rolled, much heavier and containing so much more paper for your £.These rolls are terrible at absorbing spills and useless if using for wiping surfaces. They just disintegrate! They truly are pathetic! I wouldn't like to try using them as a centre feed roll either. They are so light, flimsy and loosly rolled, I imagine they would just collapse as soon as you try using them.Such a disappointment and a disgrace at £10 per pack. These should be priced at no more than £5.DO NOT PURCHASE!

This product is the worst example of a kitchen roll I have ever seen. They are not sturdy at all and as soon as they are moist they fall apart. The roll is two-ply, however, it is the thinnest ply I have ever seen in my life! Other than decoration, the roll is absolutely worthless.Sadly, I can't return them as I opened the 4 pack and have used about 1/2 of a roll in just over a day! If Amazon reads this please contact me.

These rolls are really good value for money.With having to continually wash hands and work surfaces I found we were using an awful lot of kitchen towels.These rolls are far bigger and do the job just as well. They are easy to tear off and soak up well.Will.last a good while making them cost effective.

it is always hard to tell what type of Blue Roll you are getting, this one is ok, but a bit thin, gets overwhelmed with wet hands, but most importantly, if you call it Centrefeed, make sure you ship the type without the cardboard tube, I know I can remove it and I did, but it is not very accurate

I use absorbent tissue to clean hands and, most importantly, wipe off cream and ointment on my legs (because the NHS is overloaded, I have been waiting for years for a Hip Replacement and unable to walk much - so skin developed Cellulitis).Tissue I have bought in a store was clean, bright, separated properly at the pre-cut tears and highly absorbent. This tissue was NONE of those things. Don't bother !

The blue colour runs and I now have a blue stain on my new wooden toilet seat.I don't use bleach or products containing bleach... but the dye from these ran. They are really thin, not particularly absorbant, and would definitely not buy again.I have since purchased Cheeky Panda 10 rolls for £15 from amazon. Much better value.

smaller and less tightly wrapped than standard so significantly less tissue overall . Very difficult to remove center cardboard as would not tear. Overall not good quality.

multi purpose kitchen rolls were smaller than expected and felt not good value for money a snot much bigger than the ones brought from the local supermarket at less of the cost
