I would have gave a better review. I have used it once and the battery worked perfectly. BUT the battery strap that holds the batter, the handle came unraveled, like it was not sewn very good very disappointing.I updated to a 5 star because the customer service is outstanding

Compact… yet feels solid.Should be perfect size battery for our day trips with our Iceco fridge.

I like the slim packaging and wanted to love this thing but I'm getting an error message from my Iceco jp50 Pro when it's plugged into this battery pack. The refrigerator works perfectly fine when plugged into the cigarette lighter port on my Jackery 300, but turn the refrigerator off, unplug it from the Jackery and plug it into this unit and the compressor won't start, I get an E3 error code so I'm sending this unit back.The USB-C port works fine and my phone is plugged into it as I type this. I guess I'll just use the Jackery or my Ecoflow.Update: changed my review to 4 stars for the great customer service. They paid for shipping the battery back and refunded my money.

Iceco does a good job backing their products. I recommend buying from this company. They have lots of room inside for putting produce, water and frozen food. I’m glad I bought one as I was tired of buying ice for the other cooler i had.

Loving my ICECO products at this time. And customer service was great. My original package was lost in shipping, and they followed through and rectified the issue. Use it as a standard every day in between my ICECO freezer to ensure against any power outages, etc. Works great.
