Got a lot of grime and ferrous material out of the cooler
The media could not be loaded. Works exactly as expected...I emptied a can through a differential cooler and got a lot of black grime and ferrous bits out of it.I also found some aluminum bits from the cooler manufacturing process I bet. After I ran all the foam through and the can was empty, I used the bottle upside down to push some air, then used a air hose for a while to try out the cooler.

Got lots of black sludge out of factory transmission coolers!
Disconnected cooler lines from transmission (GM 6L80 in fullsize pickup). First blew out all fluid with shop air. I used a length of clear, plastic tubing to go between the cooler line and my drain pan. The fluid came out the same darkened red color as what came out of the pan but nothing too dark nor at all thick, just "normal" fluid. I continued blowing shop air through the factory coolers (one in radiator and one in front of the radiator) and alternated from one line to the other a few times. Then I cut the little adapter off the end of the clear, plastic tube attached to the can of Kooler Kleen. The tube fit INSIDE the cooler line fairly tight. I started to send the Kooler Kleen into the line and thought not much was happening. I kept going and in a few seconds saw some darkish fluid coming out of the other line. Then it turned very, very dark and appeared very sludge-like for a few seconds. After this blast of dark sludge, the fluid coming out started to get more and more clear. I put maybe 2/3 of the can through one way and then reversed for the remaining 1/3. I finished by blowing shop air through the lines for at least 30 seconds in each direction and did this at least 3 times in each direction. I think the blast of very dark, sludge-like material that I saw coming out through the clear tubing is proof that this product did dislodge and flush out accumulated material. I feel confident in saying that all that sludge-like material can't help the function of the cooler. I can't say for certain that I improved cooling effectiveness but I feel better getting that junk out of the lines and coolers even if it makes no difference. I also like the idea of getting that much more brand new fluid into the transmission so that I'm that much closer to a 100% fluid change. Every little bit helps. I plan to use Kooler Kleen every time I change the transmission fluid in all my vehicles. It's not hard to use and doesn't cost much. Again, cleaner lines and coolers can't hurt performance and just might improve it enough to keep the fluid a little cooler which only helps extend fluid and transmission life.

Trans Cooler Cleaner Works Pretty Well
This product seems to work well enough with two exceptions. The screw on end did not screw on to anything! I cut it off and used a vacuum pump adapter to insert into the brake line. And two, it is very important that the can is warm when using, otherwise it will not empty the contents. Once warmed up, it not only emptied the cleaning fluid but had quite a bit of additional "air" to push the solvent out.Additionally, I followed up with compressed air and an inline filter (WIX 58964) to capture any particles not cleaned out.

Really Works !!
WATCH THE VIDEO !!I did mine on my lift - but easy on the floor too !!I got a transmission rebuilt in my 2003 Silverado 4l60e 2wd.. put the transmission in, and before I connected the cooler lines, I followed the instructions on the can and went both ways with it as it says in the instructions and on the video..Works EXCELLENT !Only difference, I shot air from my compressor in the lines as well after cleaner was used.. cleaned out the rest of the residual left over chemical..Cleans it right out..added fresh new ATF fluid after cleaning process..Couldn’t be more happy 👍🏼I also used about 5’ of clear low pressure fuel line over the cooling lines directed into trash can to avoid a mess..Plan ahead before you pull the trigger, or you’ll get it in the face !

Highly Recommend! Cleans like no other
Local transmission shop wanted to charge me $50 to professionally flush my radiator with this machine they have that back washes and what not. I figured I'd give this product a try and I bought two cans.. one for the radiator and one for the cooler. I am very impressed with the chemical reaction this can does to flush the old transmission grit out! It foams up and has the brake cleaner smell to it too so this stuff is really strong. I definitely recommend it and I will be stocking up on a couple cans for my future transmission jobs.

Does the job easily with little mess!
I had to replace my tranny on my 02 Silverado so before I installed the new one, figured it was best to flush the lines and keep the crap out of the new trans. This stuff worked perfectly, the can had enough pressure to go from my trans. output line, through my radiator cooler, through my auxillary cooler, and back out the trans. input line. After the can was finished (which took a while for me) I blew some forced air through the lines to make sure all the fluid and flush was gone. It did an excellent job! I did attach a 3/8" piece of rubber hose on each the input and output transmission lines (ran the dirty flush into a 5 gal. bucket) cause the universal tip worked much better with the rubber hose than with my metal trans. cooler line.Awesome product, and with Amazon's cheapest price and Prime shipping, it was a no brainer!

Worked well to flush my large B&M cooler and lines. Nasty stuff came out.
Worked well to flush my large B&M cooler and lines. Plenty of pressure and fluid to flush it in both directions. I just pressed the nozzle to the line fitting and held it with my hand while I pressed the trigger on the bottle, it's not like it needs to be a perfect fit to flush it. When done, I waited until the dripping slowed, then I used my air compressor to blow out any residual product, but it appears to dry quickly, sort of like brake cleaner, so you may not need to. In fact, I'd recommend wearing nitrile or rubber gloves of some sort while you use it. It doesn't burn your skin or anything, but based on the smell (again - think brake cleaner or carb cleaner) there is no sense in exposing your hands to it for a few minutes.

Very dissatisfied,I give this one star
Very dissatisfied,I give this one star because I only used half of it, and the other half can't be sprayed out. I spent more than $50 and I can only use half of it, it's a bit raangry
