It's okay
When product initially came it did stink really bad. 🤢 I had to soak and clean it prior to use. However it's overall okay.

False advertising
False advertising !! These are advertised to be for glute strengthening. Blood flow restriction bands have to be proximal (above) the muscle that you're working on. These bands will not address glutes.

Just reading the poor grammar was awful. Then I noticed the pictures weee actually photoshopped.10/10 do not recommend.

Great for gains but just don’t wear them with slippery legging material bc they fall off even at the tightest setting
