I love this stuff!! I mix it in sour cream and with some grilled onions to make a low sodium onion dip. It’s nice to have an option at a party when you are the only one with a sodium restriction. Great flavor that works well in soups, dips, and casseroles. I will definitely keep it on hand!

This is so good to add to anything like ground turkey, that you would prefer a beef flavor. This large box is a good bargain. I’ve been buying this for years.

This broth powder is wonderful for folks, like me, who are on a low salt diet. It is also much less expensive and easier to store than cans of chicken broth. I use it in all recipes that ask for chicken or vegetable broth.

First off, one packet per cup? No, try five. But, once brewed, it tastes a lot better than the no salt beef stock I was buying at the store, which in comparison tastes like nothing at all. Why buy water?However, don't think this is going to taste like a beef stock reduction. It has flavor, but I wouldn't describe it as beefy. It's a decent starting point, but to get some real meat flavor in the dish . . . probably you need meat.
