My keyboard was too tall for my vivo keyboard tray and this thing worked perfectly. They do exactly what they're supposed to and they were the final missing pieces of the ergonomic puzzle that I've been struggling with for a while. Maybe it was mentioned in the tray instructions. I don't remember. Either way, Vivo should have included these plates instead of making them a separately purchased item.
