Stopped after 3 years
The washing machine completely failed after just 3 years of light usage, which is very disappointing for a brand like Samsung. When I contacted Samsung service, they informed me that the repair cost would be almost the same as buying a new machine, which makes no sense. In addition to the failure, the machine always had a major vibration issue, even with proper installation and light loads. Overall, poor durability and not worth the price. I would not recommend this model

Quiet and good functions
This is actually a quiet washing machine well for me, it does the job well and has many functions suited for all fabrics.

Silent most of the time
It is silent during wash cycle. I actually even have to check because we could not hear anything from like 3 meters away. There was a bit of sound during the spin cycle that even my dog jumps. Overall it is good

About shaking and noises
After I ordered the washing machine, I read the reviews and felt a bit worried because some people complained about violent vibrations. Today, I received my washing machine and tested it three times (the drum cleaning for first-time use and two loads of laundry), and I can say that there were no vibrations or loud noises. It is very quiet, and its size is excellent (not suitable for a big family, or you can divide the laundry into multiple loads). Yes, I’m happy and have no regrets.

After reading the reviews, i was having doubts of buying but i trusted my instinct. When i tested the product, i was glad i bought it. The product delivers, it was quiet and novibrating as other commebts have stated. Those who bought without assembly can just remove the 4 bolts from the back.

Issu with wobbling resolved
was about to return the product because it was wobbling out of control however we tried to resolve the matter on our own fearing amazon wont take it back as its out of the packaging and we thrown it all away. the installer kept the transit bolts and we thought of removing it just to try. and it got stabilized. so yay for us. so go ahead buy this product and make sure you install it properly to avoid any other issues and bad impression :)
