This mug is made for printing on with sublimation ink and then in a heat press, these mugs are treated to accept the heat process and turn the sublimation ink into part of the mug and if they are applied correctly are dishwasher proof. I found this product to be perfect, the photo shows a mug I did for some friends that game together on playstations. All of them were delighted with there mugs. they come in individual boxes which I posted them on in when I had finished, I never had any breakages.Hope this is informative. Terry Jones
